Lahey Hospital & Medical Center in Burlington, MA, part of Beth Israel Lahey Health, is recruiting CRNAs to join its collaborative Department of Anesthesia at this academic medical center. The department is a large, integrated group that includes more than 50 physicians, 24 anesthesia residents, over 20 CRNAs, and NPs, PAs, technicians and administrative staff. Together they deliver anesthesia and pain management for roughly 25,000 cases each year across every anesthetizing location in the hospital.

Candidates need current CRNA certification from the NBCRNA, current Massachusetts APRN licensure from BORN, and ACLS certification. Recent or pending nurse anesthetist graduates may also apply, provided they are eligible to sit for the NBCRNA National Certification Exam and will obtain Massachusetts APRN licensure.

Full-time openings are available immediately on a Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend or overnight call. The hospital is a UMass Chan Medical School-affiliated teaching site about 30 minutes from downtown Boston, offering educational opportunities and a wide range of cultural and recreational options nearby.

The posted annual base salary range is $300,000.00 to $300,000.00 USD. Final pay depends on factors such as seniority, education, training, experience, certifications, work location and job responsibilities. Influenza vaccination is a condition of employment.
