A clinician-led, physician-owned anesthesia group is recruiting full-time CRNAs for Charlotte Hungerford Hospital in Torrington, Connecticut. The role is offered under a care team model with full scope practice and no call duties.

The hospital has four operating rooms, one GI room and one OB room, along with 109 beds. Its anesthesia caseload runs about 5,100 cases a year, mostly B&B, OR and GI work with minimal obstetrics. The first OR case begins at 7 a.m.

Compensation is listed as $332,800 per year, with a $75,000 sign-on bonus. The package also includes eight weeks of paid time off, medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, malpractice coverage, a 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and up to $3,000 in continuing education funds.
