The schedule is 10-hour days, 06:00 to 16:00. Somnia Anesthesia, an anesthesia-only group that is clinician-led and physician-owned, is looking for a full-time CRNA to join its expanding team at Memorial Surgery Center at Cedar Lake in Biloxi, Mississippi. The role is W-2 and places the clinician in a collegial anesthesia group where providers are treated as valued members of the team, with supportive staff, medical personnel, and senior leadership.

Compensation is stated as up to $239,200 per year, with the figure scaling by years of experience across tiers, and the package includes six weeks of paid time off, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and $3,000 for continuing medical education. Additional pay is available for hours worked beyond the scheduled shift. The surgery center has five operating rooms and handles about 4,732 cases a year across a full range of services, including gastroenterology, ENT, orthopedics, ophthalmology, pain management, plastics, and dental. Candidates need an active state license, a DEA registration, and state controlled-dangerous-substance certification, along with board certification and current ACLS, BLS, and PALS credentials.
