The schedule is 10-hour days, 06:00 to 16:00. The practice follows a clinician-led, physician-owned model in which the CRNA is valued as a key member of the team. The role is paid on a W-2 basis at a rate of $135 per hour, with medical malpractice coverage included.

The surgery center has five operating rooms and handles 4,732 cases a year. The collegial anesthesia team consists of one MD and six CRNAs, and the center offers a full range of clinical services, including gastroenterology, ENT, orthopedics, eye, pain, plastics, and dental. New graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates need an active state license, a DEA registration and state controlled-dangerous-substance registration, and board certification. ACLS, BLS and PALS certifications are also required.
