A physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group is recruiting CRNAs for a care team model position at Lehigh Valley Hospital–Hazleton in Hazleton, Pennsylvania. The site is a 150-bed hospital with four operating rooms, an L4 trauma designation, and a Level 1 NICU, and the position is full-time. The surgical caseload covers general, orthopedic, urology, and obstetric procedures, with about 2,600 cases and roughly 500 deliveries a year, while cardiac, neurosurgical, head, pediatric, and trauma cases are excluded.

Pay is advertised as a W2 salary of $332,800 per year, an hourly rate of $160, and a $75,000 sign-on bonus tied to a three-year commitment, with an annual retention bonus of $10,000 that reaches $342,800 in total. Additional earnings are available for serving as the second remote on-call backup.
