A established anesthesia group is looking for a permanent CRNA based along the New Jersey and Pennsylvania border. The position pairs solid pay with clinical breadth and a schedule that protects personal time, with a four-day week and no call, nights, or weekends required.

Total earnings are described as up to $310K in W-2 salary plus overtime, alongside an $80K sign-on bonus and a $20K yearly employment bonus. The practice's caseload spans regional anesthesia and hands-on procedures such as spinals, epidurals, and central lines, and newly graduated CRNAs are invited to apply.

Retirement and other perks are substantial: the employer contributes 20.6% to a 401(k) through profit sharing, and the package also covers time off, health coverage, continuing education funds, and malpractice insurance and professional association dues paid by the employer. Student nurse anesthetists enrolled in a CRNA program may receive a $1,500 monthly stipend until they finish.
