Somnia Anesthesia, a clinician-led, physician-owned anesthesia group, is recruiting CRNAs for full-time work at Lehigh Valley Hospital – Carbon in Lehighton, PA, a newly built facility in Mahoning Township that is part of the Lehigh Valley Health Network. The schedule runs Monday through Friday on 8-hour shifts with no call, nights, weekends, or holidays. The practice has 2 operating rooms and performs about 1,000 cases a year across orthopedics, general surgery, urology, vascular, ENT, and GI.

Stated compensation is W2 pay of $332,800 annually, or $160 per hour, plus an annual retention bonus of $10,000 and a $75,000 sign-on bonus tied to a 3-year commitment; the posting's headline figure is $342,800 including the retention bonus. Additional earnings are available for serving as second remote on-call backup. Benefits include health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, malpractice insurance, a 401(k), flexible spending accounts, 6 weeks of paid time off, and $5,000 in CME funds. A referral bonus of up to $5,000 is offered for hired colleagues, subject to terms and conditions.

Candidates need an active Pennsylvania PA license, board certification, and current ACLS, PALS, and BLS credentials. The area lies less than 30 miles from the Allentown-Bethlehem airport region and under two hours from Philadelphia and New York City, with a rural feel, strong schools, and outdoor recreation nearby.
