A hospital in eastern North Carolina is looking to add a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to its team. The role involves giving anesthesia to patients undergoing all types of operations, in obstetrics, or wherever anesthesia care is required. Candidates must hold a current registered nurse anesthetist certification.

The position offers the chance to practice within a long-established health system. Cases include both inpatient and outpatient procedures across general surgery, orthopedics, urology, OB/GYN and ENT. Call is shared with the CRNAs already on staff, and the practice is small and close-knit, made up of experienced nurse anesthetists. Moonlighting opportunities are available.

Applicants need current BLS and ACLS certifications and should be comfortable working in Epic, the integrated electronic health record system. The surrounding area has attractive rural scenery and a climate that supports outdoor recreation throughout the year. Housing options are varied and affordable.
