Full details

A hospital-employed anesthesia program on Florida's Atlantic Coast is recruiting CRNAs to join a collaborative, physician-led care team. The role spans hospital and ambulatory surgery center settings, with coverage handled one site at a time and a light call load. The team is described as supportive, with dedicated break and lunch coverage and an emphasis on balanced schedules and provider well-being.

The case mix is broad and includes general surgery, orthopedics, gastroenterology, gynecology, plastics, urology, interventional radiology, and spine, thoracic, and vascular procedures. Regional anesthesia exposure is available, along with robotic surgery using the da Vinci system and Mako orthopedic technology. The orthopedic service is well established and follows ERAS pathways. Trauma, obstetric, and pediatric cases are not part of the caseload.

Compensation starts at $250K-$300K base salary, depending on experience, plus an annual performance bonus of up to 5% and a $100K sign-on bonus. Overtime pay is available. Benefits include eight weeks of PTO, CME allowance and CME time, a full benefits package, malpractice coverage, and a retirement plan. Florida has no state income tax.

The community is a growing coastal town with beaches, boating, golf, and outdoor recreation available year-round, family-friendly neighborhoods, and reasonable access to larger metro areas.
