This permanent CRNA role is located at a hospital in Munster, Indiana, and is part of a well-established physician practice roughly 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. The practice is described as supportive of balancing professional work with personal life. The hospital is part of an established not-for-profit system of three hospitals that uses the Epic electronic medical record.

The position is offered at 0.8 FTE or above and covers the full range of clinical services. The site includes 28 operating rooms, plus NORA locations that comprise seven GI suites, cath labs and interventional radiology. The caseload is 2 to 10 patients per day, and the schedule is 40 hours per week with one weekend per month on call. Board certification is required.

Compensation is described as highly competitive and negotiable, based on MGMA guidelines, with a contract bonus tied to RVUs and a negotiable sign-on bonus. Relocation reimbursement is available.
