A well-regarded South Jersey health system is seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team focused on high-quality patient care. The role provides considerable independence and a varied caseload spanning general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, GI, urology, neurosurgery, pediatrics, and obstetrics. The position is permanent and based in Cherry Hill, New Jersey, with three practice locations available to choose from.
Scheduling is flexible, with call and no-call options, multiple shift patterns, and part-time availability of roughly 10 to 14 shifts per month. The provider may also take part in educating and mentoring student nurse anesthetists and residents.
Compensation is listed at $227k to $259k per year, with earnings described as up to $259K+ depending on experience, plus a $75,000 sign-on bonus. The package includes comprehensive benefits, malpractice coverage, and tail insurance.
