Full details

Bon Secours Memorial Regional Medical Center, a not-for-profit facility serving its community since 1998, is seeking a full-time CRNA to deliver central line, arterial line, epidural, and nerve block care. The hospital sits in suburban Hanover County, roughly six miles from Richmond's historic streets and cultural offerings.

The campus includes a 225-bed licensed hospital, nine operating rooms, a labor and delivery unit with a Level II NICU, a four-room cath lab, a 24-bed ICU, and a five-room ambulatory surgery center. The emergency department is busy, seeing about 65,000 patients annually. Anesthesia is delivered by a team of nine physicians and 25 CRNAs who emphasize collaboration, inclusion of every voice, and a cohesive working environment.

Case assignments span orthopedics, general surgery, vascular, spine, neurosurgery, OB/GYN, and thoracic procedures. Responsibilities include comprehensive anesthesia care across these specialties, pre-anesthesia assessments with informed consent, creating and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients, managing induction, maintenance, and emergence, and continuous monitoring with timely interventions. The role also supports departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nurse license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.

Compensation is listed as a salary of $244K to $293,500 with a $70K sign-on incentive, and a call stipend is available. Benefits include health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D coverage, generous paid time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, a 401(k) with profit sharing, fully paid malpractice coverage, and assistance with loan repayment and training.
