This opening is with a regional private anesthesia practice that has been operating for about 30 years and handles roughly 58,000 anesthetics annually. The group describes a collegial environment, a shared sense of direction, and mentorship aimed at helping newly graduated nurse anesthetists grow into their full potential.

Compensation is listed as up to 250K, depending on experience, with overtime available. The benefits package includes a 10K employer contribution, eight weeks of paid time off, malpractice coverage with tail, a 2,500K expense account, a sign-on bonus, profit sharing with an employer contribution, and a 401k plan. The position may be offered as an employee role or as a 1099 arrangement, and the practice does not use non-compete agreements.

Clinical work centers on spinals and blocks for providers who have that experience, with no airway coverage required. Cases span ASA physical status 1 through 4 and no trauma cases are included.
