A thriving anesthesia team in northern Massachusetts is seeking a skilled, motivated CRNA for a full-time, permanent position based in Shelburne. The schedule is Monday through Friday and can be built around 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts. The team handles a wide range of cases other than obstetrics, and the CRNA would have the chance to perform their own regional blocks in a setting that prizes autonomy and clinical excellence.

The compensation package begins at a base salary of $277,000 or more, depending on experience, and includes a $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $10,000 in relocation assistance if needed.
