A per diem Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist position is open at Anna Jacques Hospital in Newburyport, Massachusetts. The hospital is part of a community group of physicians affiliated with a major Boston academic medical center, and the group is seeking CRNAs who are devoted to patient care.

The group practices a collaborative anesthesia care team model with a broad scope of practice. Clinical rotations for student registered nurse anesthetists come from two local universities, and the wider system includes one academic center and seven community hospitals, with 136 physicians and 97 CRNAs. Practice settings cover many case types so that each provider can be matched to an appropriate case, including general surgery, trauma, orthopedics, sports medicine, gynecology, ENT, urology, bariatrics, thoracic, vascular, endoscopy, electrophysiology, obstetrics, and minimally invasive pediatric procedures.

The base pay range is listed as $200 to $225 per hour. Final pay within that range may depend on academic appointment, work experience, specialty training, work location, anticipated productivity, FTE basis, and role expectations. The role may also be eligible for performance-based incentives, such as bonuses tied to productivity and quality.
