A well-regarded academic medical center in the Greater Boston area is recruiting Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to join a collaborative, established anesthesia department. The department is large and integrated, with more than 50 physicians, over 20 CRNAs, and 24 anesthesia residents, and it is supported by nurse practitioners, physician assistants, administrative leadership, and technical staff. Anesthesia services span every anesthetizing location within the hospital, which performs roughly 25,000 cases each year across many specialties.

Full-time positions are offered on a Monday through Friday schedule, with no weekend or overnight call obligations. The role also provides access to interventional pain management services. The hospital is an award-winning teaching facility affiliated with Tufts University School of Medicine and operates within a major regional health system that provides strong clinical resources.

Candidates should hold national CRNA certification and Massachusetts APRN licensure, or be eligible for both, and must have ACLS certification. Newly graduated nurse anesthetists are welcome to apply provided they can become nationally certified and licensed in the state. The listed salary is $300K.
