Full details
Rochester Regional Health invites CRNAs at every career stage to join its anesthesia team in Rochester, from students nearing graduation to seasoned providers looking for schedule flexibility, independence, and strong compensation. Experienced CRNAs may receive a competitive base with a 5% quality incentive, which new graduates are also eligible for, along with a sign-on bonus, relocation help, and loan forgiveness, all of which are offered subject to availability. Shifts are self-scheduled from a broad menu of options.
Student registered nurse anesthetists and new graduates may take part in the CLASP student loan repayment program, which can contribute up to $180,000 toward eligible loans through monthly payments and lets candidates secure a position before finishing school. Those who join through CLASP do not also receive the sign-on, relocation, and loan forgiveness incentives.
The organization practices across several hospital settings with a varied and complex case mix. Anesthesia leadership is described as invested in provider development, and supervising physicians are described as valuing collaboration, mutual respect, and CRNA autonomy. The team emphasizes clinical excellence, patient care, and the chance to practice at the top of one's license.
The position is based in Rochester, New York, with a posted base pay range of $300,000.00 to $375,000.00. That figure is a good-faith estimate that may change and may be supplemented by other pay components; the final salary depends on factors such as experience, qualifications, specialty, internal equity, location, and contract terms, as well as position details and FTE.
The role is classified as physically heavy clinical work, requiring frequent lifting of more than 50 pounds, pushing and pulling patients or equipment, and working in awkward or confined positions. It also involves exposure to infectious agents, biohazards, noise, and chemicals, along with mask-fit testing, TB screening, and extended or on-call shifts. Requests for accommodation based on physical limitations are considered.
