Hutchinson Health is seeking a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join its team as a Partner for Good, contributing to the care and experience patients and their families receive each day. The role centers on delivering anesthesia through IV and spinal techniques along with other agents for surgical, obstetric, and additional medical and dental procedures. Before, during, and after each case, the CRNA observes and records patient status and makes the adjustments needed to keep patients stable. CRNAs may also help manage emergencies that call for airway support or vascular access.

The position is a 0.8 FTE day schedule with an equal share of call, currently set at a ratio of 1:5, and call duty carries additional pay. Candidates need a degree from a school of nursing and a school of nurse anesthesia, with training covering patients across all age groups. Required licensure includes an RN license and a CRNA credential in Minnesota, along with BLS (to be obtained within 30 days of start if not current), and ACLS, PALS, and NRP (within one year of start if not current; NRP is not required for pool status). Prior experience working as a CRNA is preferred.
