A hospital-based surgical team in northeastern North Carolina is seeking an experienced employed CRNA. The position runs on a 4 weeks on, 1 week off rotation, with shared call and support from established CRNAs on the team. The setting is described as a well-established team with a strong support structure, located near Lake Gaston on the North Carolina and Virginia border.

Work is scheduled Monday through Thursday, with Fridays on a rotating basis. The schedule yields roughly 10.5 weeks off each year. The hospital is part of a growing, physician-led health system.

The caseload is about 270 surgical cases per month and spans general surgery, orthopedics, OB/GYN, and endoscopy. Clinical documentation is handled in EPIC.

Compensation includes a competitive salary, a sign-on bonus, and a relocation stipend. Benefits cover full health coverage, retirement, continuing medical education, and malpractice coverage.
