A staffing group is recruiting full-time CRNAs for a floating position covering Northern Virginia and Maryland. The role suits both newly graduated and seasoned nurse anesthetists, especially those who want regional block experience alongside routine cases. The group describes its clinical leadership as supportive and its work environment as strong, with autonomy and a collaborative model in which physicians and CRNAs share care.

The float pool covers a set of required community hospitals and ambulatory surgery centers within roughly a 20-mile area, with several additional optional sites where privileges can be requested during credentialing. Providers are not obligated to work at the optional locations. The caseload is varied, and the CRNA must adapt to different case types and clinical settings.

Base pay is listed at $140 per hour, which the posting estimates at about $291,200 a year on a 40-hour week, and extra shifts are paid at $165 per hour. A $75,000 sign-on bonus comes with a three-year commitment that is forgiven annually. Shifts are self-scheduled, with no nights, weekends, call or holidays required, and a guaranteed minimum of 32 hours per week. A typical schedule is four to five eight-hour shifts, Monday through Friday only.
