Springfield Clinic, a large multi-specialty physician-owned practice in Illinois, is looking for a full-time certified registered nurse anesthetist to work at its Springfield Ambulatory Surgery and Endoscopy Center. The center handles more than 24,000 procedures a year and includes seven surgical suites, five endoscopy procedure rooms, and two pain treatment rooms. Student registered nurse anesthetists and CRNAs are both eligible to apply.

The schedule is set at four shifts per week of nine hours each, with a guaranteed nine hours per shift. The role carries no on-call duty, no night shifts, and no weekend work. Vacation time, paid holidays, and a professional development and continuing education package are included.

Pay is listed at $250,000 to $310,000 per year, along with a sign-on bonus. The benefits package includes 33 days of paid time off and comprehensive coverage.
