Springfield Memorial Hospital in Springfield, Illinois is looking to add Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to its growing anesthesia group. Openings are available in the Main OR or on a split assignment between the Main OR and the CVOR, offering a broad range of cases alongside competitive pay and professional growth.

The anesthesia department includes more than 70 CRNAs and 22 anesthesiologists, supported by a dedicated team handling room turnover and stocking. The hospital performs over 31,000 anesthetics each year across its main and cardiovascular operating rooms, ambulatory surgery suites, and several off-site areas such as obstetrics, GI, interventional radiology, ECT, and the cath lab. Patients of all ages and every ASA classification are served. The facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center that uses standardized anesthesia equipment and the Cerner EHR. Clinical instructor roles with anesthesia programs are also available.

Scheduling options include several shift patterns and shared at-home call coverage. Pay is listed as $90.00 to $140.00, and a sign-on bonus of up to $75,000 is offered to experienced CRNAs. Qualifications include graduation from an AANA-accredited anesthesia program, an MSN, DNP, or equivalent, and Illinois RN and APN licensure or eligibility for it.
