Essential Anesthesia Management is recruiting PRN certified registered nurse anesthetists to join an academic anesthesia group working with the University of Texas at Tyler Health Science Center. The role is offered on an as-needed basis, with availability starting in early September and continuing afterward.

Pay is hourly and described as competitive. Several schedule patterns are available, including shifts of 10, 12, and 16 hours. Malpractice coverage and tail coverage are provided.

The hospital is a Level I trauma facility with a 74-bed intensive care unit. Anesthesia cases span endoscopy, general surgery, major vascular procedures, ENT, OB/GYN, neurosurgery, orthopedics, ophthalmology, plastic surgery, and podiatry.

Applicants should hold board certification as a CRNA and be eligible for a Texas license. A commitment to clinical excellence and comfort with teaching-oriented academic settings is expected.
