Full details
A full-time CRNA position is open at either Methodist Mansfield or Methodist Midlothian, with a bonus offered. The employer is a single-specialty, physician-owned anesthesia group that works in more than 1,000 inpatient and outpatient facilities across nine states and provides anesthesia care for over 2 million cases each year.
The group expects coverage to run Monday through Friday at first, with no call and no weekends. Cases include general surgery, OB/GYN, urology, GI, and orthopedics. The care team model is described as mutually respectful and gives CRNAs a high degree of autonomy, flexibility, and room for professional growth. The compensation is described as competitive, with full benefits including a 401(k) match.
Methodist Mansfield Medical Center opened in 2006, has 262 beds, and has been recognized by Living Magazine as one of the best hospitals and emergency departments in Arlington. Methodist Midlothian Medical Center is a new 200,000-square-foot full-service acute-care hospital under construction west of U.S. 287, near the Midlothian ISD stadium. It will open with 46 licensed beds, 37 expansion beds, and 16 emergency department beds.
Mansfield lies about 30 miles from Dallas and 20 miles from Fort Worth and had a population of 80,468 as of 2024. Midlothian sits about 25 miles southwest of Dallas, is known as the center of North Texas's cement industry, and has a population of 43,290.
Candidates should have excellent communication skills, a professional manner, and a commitment to first-class anesthesia delivery. All CRNAs must meet state licensure requirements and complete the credentialing requirements of the hospitals where they will hold privileges.
