The schedule is 12-hour shifts. The role is a CRNA position at AdventHealth North Pinellas, a 168-bed community hospital in Tarpon Springs, and is open to full-time, part-time, or PRN arrangements. The hospital has 8 operating rooms and an anesthesia care team of 5 physicians and 9 CRNAs. Cases cover general, urology, vascular, spine, orthopedics, endoscopy, thoracic, ENT, and EP/cath lab work, while cardiac, obstetric, trauma, and transplant cases are excluded.

Work runs Monday through Friday with no call and no weekend duties. Overtime is available for those who want it. A start date bonus is offered, and the posting describes the leadership as stable and well respected.

New graduates are welcome. A program called Earn While You Learn pays students a monthly stipend during the final two years of school.
