This opening is for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to work within a well-regarded pediatric anesthesia group, where every case is pediatric. The practice delivers roughly 16,000 anesthetics a year across a broad range of surgical service lines, excluding burns and transplants, and covers both routine and complex procedures. The medical direction model is 2:1. The team includes anesthesiologists, CRNAs, advanced practice providers, and pediatric subspecialty surgeons, and it emphasizes mentorship, open communication, shared decision-making, safety, education, and ongoing professional growth.

The starting salary is $325,000, with a $25,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, retirement contributions, a CME allowance, and malpractice coverage paid by the employer.

Candidates need an active or pending California CRNA license, an active California RN license, and current ACLS and PALS certifications. A genuine interest in pediatric, patient-centered care is expected, and new graduates of CRNA programs may apply.
