Full details

The schedule is four 10-hour shifts a week. The practice at Wentworth-Douglass Hospital in Dover, New Hampshire, is a collaborative anesthesia team in which CRNAs act as trusted clinical partners with meaningful autonomy. A $40,000 sign-on bonus is offered to incoming CRNAs, with details shared during the interview process.

The role emphasizes independence in vascular access and regional anesthesia, along with full perioperative anesthesia management and active input into clinical decisions. Cases span orthopedics, robotic, general, bariatric, obstetric and gynecologic, genitourinary, vascular, thoracic, pediatric, and ENT procedures, which suits both experienced CRNAs and those early in their careers.

Scheduling is predictable and the position is salaried, with overtime pay for work beyond the regular shift. Paid time off totals 7.6 weeks a year, made up of 6.6 weeks of vacation and one week set aside for continuing medical education.

Candidates need to be certified or recertified by the National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists and hold current active New Hampshire registered nurse licensure. They must also be graduates of a COA-accredited nurse anesthesia program. Three years of hospital-based CRNA experience in surgical services is preferred.

The posted base pay range is $280,000 to $305,000 annually, an estimate tied to minimum qualifications, with the final offer reflecting skills, experience, and credentials.
