The role covers pre-operative, intra-operative, and immediate post-operative care across the hospital's operating rooms, Labor and Delivery, out-of-OR anesthesia sites, and a surgery center in Foxborough, with no pediatric cases. Duties include anesthetic care planning, airway management, regional and general anesthesia, monitored anesthesia care, and post-operative assessment alongside an anesthesiology physician. CRNAs also teach student nurse anesthetists rotating from Northeastern University.

The position is day-based and offers flexible scheduling without weekends, holidays, or on-call duty. Professional development is encouraged in quality improvement, academics, and research, supported by a generous education allowance. Clinical research may be available to interested CRNAs, depending on existing protocols.

Candidates need a nursing diploma and a master's degree in nurse anesthesia, plus current CRNA certification from the NBCRNA and BLS and ACLS certifications.
