DPI Anesthesia is recruiting CRNAs in Charleston, SC for both non-call and call rotation roles. The practice describes a team-based model with strong surgeon relationships, supportive administrative staff, and a culture that gives CRNAs independence and respect. The full scope of practice includes blocks, spinals, and epidurals.

The non-call position carries a base pay of $225,000 and a retention bonus of $5,000, paid as $1,250 each quarter. Overtime is compensated at $165 per hour.

The OB CRNA opening offers a base salary of $250,000 along with the same $5,000 retention bonus paid in quarterly installments of $1,250.

Both roles share the same benefits: paid time off totaling 260 hours per year, a continuing education stipend of up to $1,500 annually, a 401(k) with a 6% match, and a 2% profit share. Health, life, workers' compensation, and malpractice coverage are included in the insurance package.
