Full details

A physician-owned, anesthesia-only group that is clinician-led is looking for a full-time CRNA to add to its expanding staff at Memorial Hospital Gulfport, the leading hospital on the Gulf Coast. The position is a W-2 role with compensation of up to $239,200 annually, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, $3,000 for continuing education, and six weeks of paid time off. Optional call pay is available, and extra pay applies for hours worked beyond the scheduled shift.

The hospital is a 328-bed nonprofit teaching facility and Level II Trauma Center, with the region's only Level III NICU and a nationally certified Primary Stroke Center. It has 19 operating rooms, two endoscopy suites, two urology suites, and two cath labs, handling close to 16,000 surgical cases a year across cardiac, neuro, vascular, obstetric, orthopedic, GI, and urology specialties. The anesthesia team follows a collaborative ACT model made up of seven anesthesiologists and 28 CRNAs.

Benefits include health, dental, and vision coverage, life and disability insurance, a 401(k), a flexible spending account, and malpractice coverage. Candidates need an active state license, a DEA registration, a state controlled-substance certificate, and board certification, along with ACLS, BLS, and PALS. New graduates are welcome, and the hospital serves as a teaching site.

Gulfport offers coastal living with affordable waterfront housing, well-regarded schools, a growing dining scene, and cultural events. The city is about an hour from New Orleans, sits near the Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport, and is within reach of the Alabama and Florida Gulf beaches.
