A physician-owned, clinician-led anesthesia group is recruiting a full-time CRNA to work at St. Mary Medical Center in Long Beach, California, within a Care Team model. The assignment centers on NORA cases in endoscopy, the cath lab, and interventional radiology, and the clinician would deliver direct anesthesia care to center patients, spending on average all of their time in clinical work. Candidates need at least two years of experience, board certification, an active state license, a DEA registration, and ACLS, PALS, and BLS credentials. The clinician would coordinate with the onsite Medical Director on safety questions and on policy and procedure protocols, and would work alongside peers to keep patient care smooth.

The hospital is a Level II trauma center with 427 beds and 10 operating rooms plus 2 obstetric rooms, and it handles roughly 7,388 cases and 1,055 births each year across general, orthopedic, urology, head, endoscopy, neurology, pediatric, and obstetric work. Shifts begin at 7 a.m. and run to 5 p.m. or 7 p.m. The compensation package lists an annual base of $364,000, a $20,000 sign-on payment, and six weeks of paid time off, along with health, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage, a 401(k), flexible spending accounts, and malpractice insurance.
