Full details

The schedule is four 10-hour days a week, 09:00 to 19:30. The role centers on delivering general anesthesia and selecting regional techniques for surgical patients, along with related services such as radiology procedures. The CRNA supports patients' vital functions throughout anesthesia, places certain invasive monitoring lines, manages the airway, and responds promptly to unexpected or abnormal reactions during anesthetic care.

Responsibilities include building the anesthetic plan alongside the attending anesthesiologist, confirming that equipment, supplies, and medications are ready and working, and making sure a proper pre-anesthesia assessment is on file. Immediately before induction, the CRNA reassesses each patient's condition and readiness. Throughout the perioperative period, the provider uses clinical judgment to give anesthetic agents, watch vital signs, and deliver resuscitative care as needed.

The position also involves documenting anesthetic events accurately and legibly on the anesthesia record, handing off the perianesthetic course to post-anesthesia staff, and keeping the attending anesthesiologist informed of changes that affect the case. Post-anesthetic interviews are recorded in the chart with the date, time, and whether anesthesia-related complications occurred, with any complications escalated to the attending.

Beyond clinical work, the CRNA takes part in departmental activities and continuing education programs and shares professional skills with other departments. Care is delivered in line with the facility's policies, rules, and regulations.

The posting highlights a recent wage scale increase, and states that the role has no weekends, holidays, or call duties.
