This round-the-clock CRNA position is based at OSF Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, a suburb near Chicago. The hospital is a nonprofit, Catholic community facility with 298 Medicare-certified beds, and it offers inpatient, surgical and outpatient services in newly equipped operating rooms. It belongs to the OSF Health Care system, which is run by the Sisters of the Third Order of St. Francis and headquartered in Peoria, Illinois.

The anesthetist provides full anesthesia care across a range of surgical cases, including general, orthopedic and vascular procedures. Responsibilities include pre-anesthesia assessments, obtaining informed consent, planning anesthetic care with patients, managing induction, maintenance and emergence, and monitoring physiological status with interventions as needed. The role also supports departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

The position is full-time and W2, with 73 twenty-four-hour shifts per year. Compensation is listed as a $260K annual salary plus a $75K sign-on bonus.
