This full-scope CRNA position at Baptist Memorial Hospital of Memphis suits a nurse anesthetist who wants wide clinical latitude, sustained advanced skills, and a respectful, high-performing team in the Mid-South. The site is a major regional referral center with a high-acuity caseload, and the anesthesia group is described as collaborative, with considerable independence and close partnership with physicians.

Responsibilities include delivering complete anesthesia care across a range of procedures, completing pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, and building and reviewing anesthetic plans with patients. The CRNA would manage induction, maintenance and emergence, track patients' physiological status and intervene as required, and contribute to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Case work spans neurosurgery with complex spine, high-volume cardiac and thoracic procedures, enhanced recovery pathways, orthopedic and joint replacement surgery, vascular cases, robotic procedures, and obstetrics.

Compensation is listed as a base salary of up to $277K per year, along with a $75K sign-on incentive. Schedules can be non-traditional: alternatives include 26 days on followed by 26 off, 3 on and 1 off (about 13 weeks off a year), or 2 on and 1 off (about 17 weeks off a year), with additional call pay noted.

Candidates need a current registered nurse license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and current certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
