A growing healthcare system in western South Dakota is looking for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to join a collaborative anesthesia team in a patient-focused setting in Spearfish. The role is full-time and can be practiced in either a team-based model or an independent model. The CRNA would provide anesthesia for surgical and obstetrical patients, complete pre-anesthesia evaluations, build individualized anesthesia plans, and manage anesthesia through the perioperative period. Participation in post-anesthesia care is also part of the role, along with possible involvement in labor epidurals, pain management, vascular access, and resuscitation, depending on the practice location.
