An autonomous, all-CRNA practice in a friendly Southwest Minnesota community is looking to add certified registered nurse anesthetists. The town is noted for its strong school district and a relaxed, family-oriented way of life. Residents have access to a broad range of outdoor and leisure activities, such as cycling trails, municipal green spaces, athletic fields, an indoor ice rink, courts for racquet sports, a course for disc golf, and boating and swimming on a nearby lake.
Pay for the position is stated as up to $280K, with the final offer based on each candidate's skills, background, and credentials. Applicants may pick between a $100K retention bonus tied to a five-year commitment and a $45K bonus tied to a three-year commitment. Other taxable and non-taxable earnings, reimbursements, and benefits may also apply.
Newly graduated nurse anesthetists are encouraged to apply, and interviews are being arranged now.
