Full details

Immediate CRNA openings are available at Blue Ridge Surgery Center in Raleigh, North Carolina, a flexible, fast-paced ambulatory surgery center with eight beds. The center recently announced higher compensation and sign-on incentives for this role.

The facility opened in 1985 on Blue Ridge Road with four operating rooms and has since expanded to six operating rooms and two procedure rooms across 13,000 square feet. About 80 staff members work there, many with long tenure. The center focuses on high-quality surgical care, a positive patient experience, and strong clinical results, and it supports training, education, and professional growth for its team.

The package includes a base salary of $240K and a $75K sign-on incentive. Benefits cover medical, life, vision, dental, disability, and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, along with generous time off, flexible spending and health savings accounts, fully paid malpractice coverage, and available loan repayment.

Anesthetists here take no call and do not work weekends or holidays. Cases span the full range of outpatient anesthesia, including orthopedics, cataracts, retina, ENT, pediatrics, and gynecology.

Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive anesthesia care across a variety of procedures, performing pre-anesthesia assessments and securing informed consent, and building anesthetic plans in discussion with patients. The role also covers managing induction, maintenance, and emergence, watching patients' physiological status and intervening as necessary, and contributing to departmental coordination and clinical leadership.

Candidates need a current registered professional nursing license, graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program, and certification or recertification through the AANA Council on Certification of Nurse Anesthetists.
