A growing private practice in a desirable suburb of the Minneapolis–St. Paul area is looking for a full-time CRNA. The role is based in a brand-new, modern surgery center designed for a smooth, efficient, and predictable workflow. The Monday through Friday schedule carries no call, weekend, or holiday coverage, supporting a strong work-life balance. The CRNA manages their own cases, which include general surgery, plastics, and GI procedures, and works with considerable autonomy. Full-time and 0.8 FTE options are both available.
Compensation is listed as up to $270K, alongside profit sharing, a 401(k), and a comprehensive benefits package.
