This permanent position is based in a New Hampshire city in the southeast of the state, roughly an hour's drive from Boston, the ocean and the mountains. The area is regarded as a lively New England entertainment center with plenty of attractions for families and visitors of every age, and nearby ski resorts and state parks are within easy reach.
The CRNAs here are described as having a strong working relationship with the physicians. Regional anesthesia work is a key part of the role and includes peripheral nerve blocks, arterial lines, central lines, spinals and epidurals. The practice offers No Call responsibilities and flexible shift options, with 8, 10 or 12 hour shifts available.
Compensation includes lucrative retention bonuses for experienced CRNAs, and new graduates are offered loan forgiveness. An 11% profit share applies after the first year, and new graduates are welcome to apply. Full benefits are included.
