The position is benefits eligible, runs 40 hours per week, and carries a stated pay range of $99.75 to $159.60.

The CRNA would assess patients and build appropriate anesthesia care plans using sound clinical judgment, accounting for comorbidities and age and developmental considerations. Current BLS and ACLS credentials are required, along with demonstrated clinical competence within granted privileges and strong verbal and written communication skills.

The package includes up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives, a transition payment of up to $7,500 paid within the first 30 days, and up to $2,500 for continuing medical education along with five extra PTO days per year. Full-time staff accrue 30 days of paid time off annually, and parental benefits include six weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing mothers and four weeks of paid parental leave. Retirement benefits include a dollar-for-dollar match up to 3% each pay period plus a 3% annual non-elective contribution, with eligibility requiring 12 consecutive months of work and employment on the last day of the year. Medical, dental, vision, life and disability coverage, flexible spending accounts, and an educational assistance program are also offered, and relocation help may be available to qualified candidates. Eligibility for some programs may vary by FTE or status.
