Full details

Atrium Health, part of Advocate Health, is seeking a CRNA for its outpatient clinic at Quaker Lane in High Point, North Carolina. The role is a full-time, benefits-eligible position of 40 hours per week, scheduled Monday through Friday on either a 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. or 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. shift. The clinic is a CRNA-only gastrointestinal setting with consistently high patient volume.

The CRNA would provide anesthesia during procedures, applying safe, quality techniques and using clinical judgment to build each patient's care plan, with attention to comorbidities and age- and development-specific needs. The position also involves working with the medical team, upholding patient safety, supporting quality improvement and infection prevention, keeping accurate records that protect confidentiality, and helping conserve resources. There is potential to precept student nurse anesthetists and mentor them. The clinician practices under the oversight of the North Carolina Medical Board or the North Carolina Board of Nursing, with departmental credentialing from the institution.

Candidates need a current North Carolina RN license, graduation from an accredited school of nurse anesthesia, national certification as a CRNA, and current North Carolina CRNA licensure. Current BLS and ACLS certifications are also required.

The listed pay range is $99.75 to $159.60, with the actual offer based on qualifications, skills, experience, and training. Incentive packages of up to $140,000 in recruitment incentives are offered, subject to eligibility requirements, and a transition assistance payment of up to $7,500 is paid within the first 30 days of employment. Continuing medical education reimbursement of up to $2,500 is available, along with five additional PTO days per year for CME. Paid time off begins at 30 days per year and covers vacation, illness, holidays, and personal matters.

Benefits include six weeks of paid maternity leave for birthing mothers and four weeks of paid parental leave. The retirement plan matches dollar-for-dollar up to 3% each pay period and adds a 3% automatic non-elective contribution each year, with employees needing to complete 12 consecutive months and be employed on the last day of the year to qualify. Health and welfare coverage includes medical, dental, vision, life, and short- and long-term disability, along with flexible spending accounts and an educational assistance program. Eligibility for some programs may depend on FTE or status, which a recruiter can clarify.
