This as-needed CRNA opening is based at Baptist Tipton County Hospital in Covington, Tennessee, and is offered through LifeLinc Anesthesia. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, and the role pays $160 per hour.

The provider would perform conscious sedation and MAC anesthesia on both outpatient and inpatient cases. Duties include completing pre-anesthetic evaluations, ordering pre-procedure medications and fluids, and securing informed consent. The CRNA would also manage airways, oversee emergence and recovery, discharge patients from the post-anesthesia area, follow up on anesthesia-related complications, and respond to emergencies with airway care, emergency drugs or fluids, and cardiac life support. Beyond routine clinical work, the nurse anesthetist would lead quality initiatives and work with hospital medical staff and administration to promote cost-effective care.
