LifeLinc Anesthesia is recruiting an experienced PRN Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist for Eye Specialty Group in Memphis, Tennessee. The pay is listed as $160 per hour, with a Monday through Friday schedule running 7:30am to 3:30pm, no call, and flexible scheduling. The role is outpatient and predictable, and it allows autonomous yet collaborative practice focused on safe, efficient, patient-centered anesthesia care.

Eye Specialty Group is an ophthalmology center serving the Mid-South with outpatient eye surgery and comprehensive eye care. Its high-volume caseload includes cataract, retina, glaucoma, corneal, and oculoplastic procedures, supported by streamlined workflows and close collaboration with surgeons. Memphis offers arts, culture, dining, and regional travel access. CRNAs may also choose to work at the group's South Haven and Olive Branch, MS locations.

Clinical responsibilities include performing and documenting pre-anesthetic assessments and evaluations, requesting consultations and diagnostic studies, ordering or giving pre-anesthetic medications and fluids, and obtaining informed consent. The CRNA manages airways, oversees emergence and recovery, discharges patients from the post-anesthesia area, provides follow-up care for anesthesia complications, and responds to emergencies using advanced or basic life support. Administrative duties include helping develop continuity-of-care and case management standards and staying compliant with AANA guidance and local, state, and federal rules.

Candidates must be graduates of an approved nursing school and of a nurse anesthesia program accredited by the AANA Council on Accreditation, and must have passed the AANA Council on Certification examination. ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications are also required. The position is not eligible for benefits, and LifeLinc provides professional liability coverage.
