Full details

This as-needed CRNA role is based at Magnolia Regional Medical Center in Corinth, Mississippi, and is offered through a comprehensive anesthesia management group. The position is listed at $145 per hour and includes an optional on-call component. Scheduled hours run Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., on an as-needed basis.

The hospital is a 200-bed acute care community facility serving Northeast Mississippi and parts of Southern Tennessee, and it is fully accredited. Its case mix covers general, obstetric, urologic, pulmonary, pediatric, orthopedic and cardiovascular anesthesia. The practice model gives CRNAs meaningful independence within a collaborative clinical team.

Core responsibilities include completing and documenting pre-anesthetic assessments, ordering pre-anesthetic medications and fluids, and securing informed consent. The CRNA manages airways, oversees emergence and recovery, and discharges patients from the post-anesthesia care area with follow-up for side effects or complications. The role also includes emergency airway management and advanced or basic cardiac life support when needed, along with participation in department meetings and teamwork.

Administrative expectations include helping to set continuity-of-care and case-management standards and staying current with American Association of Nurse Anesthetists guidance and local, state and federal regulations. Required credentials include ACLS, BLS and PALS certification.

Benefits apply only to employees working 30 or more hours per week, and this position is not benefit eligible. The employer highlights its leadership and education programs for providers, including an in-house academy offering CME credit and a clinical leadership training track.
