Nights and weekends are optional.

A $10k travel allowance is available to providers who regularly cover Kent Hospital plus at least two other facilities over a six-month period, with the amount prorated for lighter workloads. A $75k sign-on bonus comes with a three-year prorated commitment, and student stipends are also available.

The case mix spans general, bariatric, orthopedic, podiatry, vascular, GU, neuro, GYN, thoracic, endocrine, surgical oncology with robotics, GYN-OB, and pediatric dental procedures.
