Sound Anesthesia is partnering with Signature Healthcare's Brockton Hospital in Brockton, Massachusetts, on a CRNA opening aimed at strengthening care, collaboration, and community ties on the South Shore. The team there includes five physicians and sixteen CRNAs, and leadership is based on site.

The CRNA will deliver peri- and post-operative anesthesia care across the hospital's general, orthopedic (including spine), ENT, endocrine, vascular, podiatry, limited thoracic, plastics, and OB/GYN cases. The work is done alongside CRNAs, anesthesiologists, surgeons, and other medical professionals to make sure anesthesia services are delivered appropriately.

Eight weeks of scheduled time off are provided each year.

Candidates need NBCRNA certification, or must be certified if still a student, along with an active Massachusetts license and authorization to work in the United States.

Compensation is listed as $320,000 in W2 pay or $354,000 on a 1099 basis, with a $75,000 commencement bonus, and the candidate may choose which arrangement fits. Medical malpractice coverage, including tail coverage, is included.

Brockton sits roughly 25 to 35 minutes from downtown Boston and 30 to 40 minutes from Logan Airport, with housing generally cheaper than in Boston and quick access to Providence, Cape Cod, and major highways. Nearby towns such as Easton, Sharon, Canton, Bridgewater, and West Bridgewater offer schooling options, and the area supports hiking, biking, golf, boating, fishing, and beach time, plus weekend trips to Cape Cod, the islands, Newport, and the White Mountains.
