This CRNA opening is based at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital in Somerset, Kentucky, where the team includes one physician and 23 CRNAs working in a collaborative, collegial atmosphere built on mutual support and shared learning. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Candidates should be board certified as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists and hold an unrestricted APRN license, with training completion, certification, and licensure all expected before the start date. Authorization to work in the United States is also required, and applicants should want to practice at the top of their license within a team-based setting.
The position is full-time. There is no call, and weekends and holidays are not part of the regular rotation. Extra weekend shifts are available, and providers may trade vacation time for additional income.
Case coverage spans general, orthopedic, gynecologic, urologic, neurosurgical, vascular, ENT, healthy pediatric, and Da Vinci robotic procedures. Surgery center work includes pediatric and adult dental, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and some orthopedic cases.
Compensation is listed as $302,275 annually for W2 arrangements and $335,000 annually for 1099 arrangements, with a $20,000 sign-on bonus.
Somerset offers lake recreation on Lake Cumberland, including boating, fishing, and watersports, along with hiking and biking trails and a small-town setting. The practice encourages involvement in the local community alongside professional development.
