HCA Florida Kendall Hospital in Miami is seeking a CRNA to join a collaborative anesthesia team at a large Level I Trauma Center. The role is offered full time or part time and comes with a $100,000 start date bonus and earning potential beyond base pay.

The practice model pairs 22 physicians with 27 CRNAs across 14 operating rooms, handling roughly 16,000 cases a year. The case mix spans general, orthopedic, vascular, ENT, trauma, obstetric, pediatric, and GI and cardiovascular lab work, with no cardiac cases. CRNAs are given considerable autonomy and may perform regional anesthesia such as spinals and peripheral nerve blocks, general anesthesia, MAC cases, and arterial line placement.

Paid time off is generous, at roughly eight to nine weeks annually. The benefits package includes medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k), and the employer provides a CME allowance and malpractice coverage.

The hospital is a 417-bed facility recognized across South Florida for round-the-clock medical, surgical, and diagnostic care, including trauma and burn services, pediatrics, maternity, and an orthopedic and spine institute.
