Full details

The schedule is 8-hour nights, 23:00 to 07:00. This contract, full-time nights role at a hospital in York, PA calls for a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist to deliver patient-centered anesthesia care across many surgical and procedural areas, working in a medically directed model with a ratio of 1:3 (maximum 1:4). Case types span trauma, neuro and spine, cardiac, thoracic, vascular, OB/GYN, general, GI, pediatrics, plastics, orthopedics, robotics, and NORA locations. The role includes independently placing epidurals and supporting obstetric cases such as C-sections, using techniques that include GETA, MAC, regional, spinal, ultrasound guidance, and cardiac anesthesia. The anesthetist works alongside anesthesiologists, surgeons, and specialty clinicians across all patient ages in a high-acuity Level I Trauma-designated facility and documents care in Epic.

Candidates need active CRNA board certification and either an active Pennsylvania license or IMLC/compact licensure in hand, along with ACLS and PALS certifications. Completing credentialing within roughly 90 days is required, though expedited review may be possible for clean files with leadership approval. Two or more years of CRNA practice, experience in trauma-designated or high-acuity hospitals, familiarity with Epic, and broad surgical subspecialty exposure are preferred.

The facility is a 593-bed hospital with a Level I Trauma designation and a wide, complex mix of surgical cases. Benefits include malpractice insurance coverage, weekly electronic pay, and a $2,000 referral bonus program.
