Full details
A large, established anesthesia group in Central Florida is seeking Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists to cover two hospitals. Positions are available full-time, part-time, and on a PRN basis, with shift lengths of 8, 10, 12, 16, or 24 hours. The schedule avoids traditional overnight call and includes only one weekend shift per month.
Anesthesia cases span a broad mix that includes cardiac, trauma, neuro, vascular, orthopedic, spine, ENT, GI, and general surgery. Obstetric and pediatric cases are not part of the caseload. New graduates are welcome to apply.
Compensation is listed at $220K–$240K, depending on experience, with PRN pay listed at $150 per hour. Sign-on payment of up to $45K, an annual retention bonus of $15K–$20K, and relocation assistance of up to $10K are also offered. Benefits include 320–360 hours of paid time off, $3K for continuing education, comprehensive health coverage, and malpractice insurance.
Candidates need NBCRNA certification and a Florida APRN license, or eligibility for one. The employer does not provide visa sponsorship.
